Tulsa County Deputies, OHP Troopers Search For Pursuit Suspect Near Prattville

Tulsa County Deputies are searching for a suspect after a pursuit ended near West 51st Street and 97th west ave near Prattville.

According to TCSO, the pursuit started deputies were called to the scene of a theft as someone was stealing a motorcycle near 57th West Avenue in Tulsa. A deputy arrived in time to see the motorcycle being loaded into the back of a truck. The deputy saw a male and female suspect abandon the truck as it drove off with the bike and began a pursuit. Authorities were able to stop the suspect using stop sticks but the suspect continued to drive on the rims until he crashed near 5256 S 97th W Ave.

After the crash TCSO says the suspect ran away on foot into the woods. A K-9 unit was been brought in to assist with the search but the suspect has been lost. TSCO says the truck in this pursuit was also stolen.
