Wagoner County Man Accused Of Stealing Medical Marijuana Plants

Wagoner County Deputies arrested a man accused of stealing medical marijuana plants.

Deputies say Daniel Russell broke into someone's personal medical marijuana grow operation over the weekend and that he caused about $6,000 worth of damage. Deputies used security video to identify Russell and say Deputies found him with a backpack full of plants.

Russell faces several charges including burglary, vandalism and concealing stolen property.
