Oklahoma Health Care Authority Creates Culture and Diversity Council

The Oklahoma Health Care Authority has created a Culture and Diversity Council.

The Authority said the goal of the council is to create a 'fear-free' culture within the agency.

The council will focus on four main areas: messaging and metrics, attraction and recruitment, inclusion and retention, and community and partnership.
