Bishop Kelley only has one team standing in their way to bringing home a district 5A-3 title and the Comets look to remain undefeated in our Tulsa Tech Game of the week.

The stakes couldn't be any higher. Bishop Kelley is undefeated at 7-0 for the first time in over a decade, and Coweta is off to their best start in almost 25 years. The winner Friday claims the 5A-3 District title.

"It will be a really tight game and will be just like the last ten games, it will probably finish up in the last couple of minutes,” Bishop Kelley Head Coach J.J. Tappana said. “It makes it a good experience for all of us."

The series history is deadlocked at twelve games apiece. The Comets game plan is to limit the time of possession for the Tigers.

"Make sure we get the ball in our hands as often as we can and keep their touches to a minimal,” wide receiver Grayson Hall said.

Hall has big dreams - win the district Friday night against Coweta and start the road for a state title. The big picture though, is to be a two-sport athlete at the next level.

"It would mean the absolute world it’s been my dream to play college sports,” Hall said. “It doesn't matter what it is, just to do it.”
