Forbes released their list of "The Hottest Housing Markets Right Now In 2020" and the City of Tulsa came in at number four.
According to the article, home prices on average in Tulsa have grown by 33% since 2018. The article also mentions that Tulsa homes do not stay on the market for long, adding that the average amount of time a home in Tulsa stayed on the market in September of 2020 was 11 days.
At the top of the list was Boise, Idaho, other cities that are mentioned include; Sacramento, California, Rochester, New York and Richmond, Virginia.
