Tulsa Police hope surveillance video helps the people who held an elderly couple at gunpoint inside their home, then stole the couple's wallet and car.

The attack happened at the couple's home last month. Police said the next day, two people were caught on video using the couple's credit cards.

Detectives said it was two men held the couple at gunpoint, but a man and woman were the ones who were videotaped using the stolen credit cards at a store near 46th Street North and Peoria. The victim’s stolen car was parked right outside the store.

"Ended up basically forcing him back into the house at gunpoint,” said Tulsa Police Robbery Lieutenant, Justin Ritter. “At which time they stole the homeowner’s wallet, keys and proceeded to take the homeowner’s silver Suzuki SUV."

Detectives said the same SUV was parked in the store parking lot, where the man and woman used the stolen credit cards. Justin Ritter said he doesn't know if these two are responsible for the original crime, but believes they know something.

"The stolen credit cards can definitely get passed around to different people but I mean it's also possible the person using the credit cards was one of the suspects,” said Ritter.

Ritter said it’s lucky the victims didn't get hurt in the original attack. He said it doesn't get any more dangerous than holding a gun at someone's head.

"They don't need to be out in public right now. If they are that brazen to go into somebody's house at gun point then I mean that's as bad as it gets,” said Ritter.

If you have any information about the people in the surveillance pictures call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS. As always you can remain anonymous.
