The Oklahoma City Thunder could be back in action before the end of 2020, as the NBA Board of Governors and Players Association are expected to meet on Thursday.
Both meetings are expected to end with an agreement to begin a shortened 72-game season that would begin on December 22.
According to the NBA, starting in late December would allow for $500 million in additional revenue for the upcoming season.
