Washington Co. Hosts E-Waste Collection Event

Washington County is hosting an e-waste collection event for anyone who wants to recycle and dispose of their old or unwanted electronics.

The event is open to everyone and almost all electronics such as computers, printers, microwaves and phones will be accepted.

Items that will not be accepted include refrigerators, air conditioners, lightbulbs, radioactive materials like smoke detectors and bio-hazard materials such as medical equipment.

The event begins at 10 a.m. at Sooner Park in Bartlesville.
