New Survey Finds 28% Of Teachers Considering Retiring Or Leaving The Profession Early

A recent nationwide survey found that 28% of teacher said they have either considered retiring early or leaving the profession due to recent stress and health concerns.

While many districts work to create distance learning plans, teachers said they are responsible for carrying those plans out. The added stress is driving many teachers away at a time when they are needed most.

Many school systems across the country, including districts in Oklahoma, continue to transition to distance learning.
