The suspect Bartlesville Police shot on Friday is now in custody after getting out of the hospital Monday.
Bartlesville Police said Friday they were trying to serve two felony warrants on Tyler Rollins, when officers said Rollins ran off and pulled out a gun. That's when police said two officers fired their guns, hitting Rollins.

Officers said they have been looking for Rollins for a couple of weeks.
Court documents show Rollins is accused of shooting at a man he knew from prison who Rollins owed money to. The documents say one of the rounds Rollins shot went through the front door of the man's house, into a room where two children were sleeping last week.
The other warrant police say they were trying to serve was for having a gun as a convicted felon back in August. Court documents say Rollins is seen in a Facebook video shooting a gun at a refrigerator. In another video, documents say he has two guns in his lap while in a vehicle with someone else.
Documents also say Rollins is a known Irish Mob gang member.
Police said Friday they initially arrived for a call about a stolen SUV. Police said the investigation has been turned over to the OSBI.
Bartlesville Police said both officers involved had their body cameras on. News On 6 has made an open records request for that video.
