Broken Arrow Man Arrested On Shooting With Intent To Kill Complaint

A man is facing charges, accused of shooting at a man in Broken Arrow.

Wyatt Manns is in the Tulsa County Jail on a shooting with intent to kill complaint.

The arrest report said Wyatt Manns and the victim got in a fight on Tuesday in front of the victim's house near South Aspen Avenue and East 111th Street South.

The report said Manns pulled out a pistol and threatened to shoot the man. The victim told police Manns drove away, only to return a few seconds later. The arrest report said that's when Manns fired a shot at the victim and left.

The report said an officer arrested Manns outside of a house about a mile and a half away from the crime scene. 

The victim was not hurt, but the report said his car was hit by the bullet.

The report said a neighbor's security camera recorded the whole incident, but that video has not been released.
