Tulsa Police Search For Man After QuikTrip Robbery

Tulsa Police said they are searching for a man who robbed a QuikTrip located near Pine and Mingo on Thursday morning. Police said the incident happened around 1:30 when a man pulled into the parking lot and walked inside. The store clerk told police the man walked to the restroom for about a minute. The clerk said the man then approached the counter and acted as if he were going to purchase a lighter but then demanded money. According to police, the man also threatened to shoot the clerk. Tulsa Police said they are searching for a man who robbed a QuikTrip located near Pine and Mingo on Thursday morning.

Police said the incident happened around 1:30 when a man pulled into the parking lot and walked inside. The store clerk told police the man walked to the restroom for about a minute.

The clerk said the man then approached the counter and acted as if he were going to purchase a lighter but then demanded money. According to police, the man also threatened to shoot the clerk.

Nobody was hurt during the encounter.

“The suspect grabbed an undisclosed amount of money and then left the store,” said Sargent Jeanne Pierce, Tulsa Police.

Police said the man left in a four-door sedan and was wearing an Arkansas Razorbacks shirt.
