Tulsa Police Arrest Man Accused Of Stealing Car With 2-Month Old Baby Inside

A man is spending Christmas day in jail after Tulsa police say he tried to steal a car with a woman and a two-month-old baby inside.

Detectives identified the suspect as Danny Russell.

According to authorities, Russell jumped into the car and tried to drive off, but instead hit another vehicle.

Russell was arrested for kidnapping and auto theft.

Police said no one was seriously hurt.
