Bartlesville Councilman, Former School Board Member Raising Funds For United Way

A Bartlesville City Councilman and former school board member are putting their skin on the line to raise money for a local non-profit. Councilman Paul Stuart and former board member Tyler Vaclaw say they'll get a tattoo of B-Ville Bill the Bison if their campaign raises $25,000 for the Bartlesville Regional United Way by midnight Thursday, Dec. 31st.
