The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has released new details about a fatal wreck that took place on Sunday night.
According to the OHP, a 2003 Ford Crown Victoria that was headed northbound on US-75, just north of 56th Street North in Tulsa county, drove off the road and struck a guardrail.
The victim, who was pinned by their vehicle for around 2 hours, was eventually freed by the Turley Fire Department.
Troopers identified the victim as 36-year-old Kody Clowdus, who authorities say died on the scene from his injuries.
The OHP has not released any details into what may have caused Clowdus to drive off the road and troopers are still actively investigating the cause of the collision.
