Tulsa Police Investigate Armed Robbery At Hotel

Tulsa police on Wednesday are investigating after they say a man robbed a hotel at gunpoint in the early morning hours. According to police, a man walked into the Quality Inn near East 41st Street and South Garnett Road around 6 a.m. and demanded money from the desk clerk. Police added that the suspect did have a gun. Police said that the clerk gave the suspect money from the register and her purse, which contained personal items.

Tulsa police on Wednesday are investigating after they say a man robbed a hotel at gunpoint in the early morning hours.

According to police, a man walked into the Quality Inn near East 41st Street and South Garnett Road around 6 a.m. and demanded money from the desk clerk. Police added that the suspect did have a gun.

Police said that the clerk gave the suspect money from the register and her purse, which contained personal items.

Once the suspect had both the money and the purse, police said he ran to his vehicle and drove off.

Police have not yet identified the suspect involved in the robbery and they are currently reviewing surveillance video and investigating the scene.

According to police, the victim was uninjured however she was shaken up.
