Veteran Salute: Rick Hansen

News On 6 is continuing to recognize veterans across Green Country who are making a difference in their communities.

Today, we recognize Rick Hansen.

Rick is a retired veteran.

He served 22-years in the Marines.

Until recently, Rick worked at the office of Veteran's Success at OSU helping young veterans transition to college life.

We're told Rick worked tirelessly to bring awareness to veteran suicide on campus.

Today, he is actively involved in the VFW American Legion and the DAV.
