Sand Springs RibCrib Holds Fundraiser To Support Family Of Murder-Suicide Victims

The Sand Springs community is showing support to the family of the victims in last week’s double murder-suicide.

RibCrib in Sand Springs is donating 15% of all orders Tuesday to the family of Staci Smith and her two daughters, Piper and River, who were killed last week by the children’s father, Philip Ross.

Staci worked at RibCrib for five years. Employees said she meant so much to them.

“She was a sister I think to most of our serving staff. Always a sounding board when people got frustrated. She had the answers,” RibCrib manager Cody Worrell said.

The fundraiser goes until 9 p.m. Tuesday and works for dine-in and to-go orders, just say you’re dining for Staci.
