Tulsa Man Arrested, Accused Of Assaulting Girlfriend Who Died From Injuries

Tulsa Police arrested a man accused of assaulting his girlfriend who died hours later from her injuries.

Before she died, Bradley Rosten's girlfriend told officers that the two had gotten into a fight over a TV show when Rosten punched her in the face.

Police said Rosten took the victim to her mother's house where she said he left her crawling on the sidewalk in 20-degree temperatures.

Rosten denied the assault when police arrested him.

The victim was taken to a Tulsa hospital where she later died from her injuries.

Police originally arrested Rosten on a complaint of domestic assault, but that's now been upgraded to first-degree murder.
