IHOP Cancels National Pancake Day, Offers IOU's Instead

IHOP is doing National Pancake Day a little differently this year. The chain will be handing out IOU's instead of their usual celebration due to the pandemic.

HOP's usual one-day affair will now turn into a month-long marathon of free short stacks.

To secure your free order of pancakes, just sign up for the company's "my-hop" email club by march 31st.

Members will get an IOU to use for a free short stack anytime in April.
