In the wake of the winter storm and record-breaking temperatures, the Oklahoma Department Emergency Management and Homeland Security wants residents to report any damages.

You can report online through the damage assessment survey if you have any of the following issues caused by the winter storm: flooding from broken pipes, power surges causing damages to furnaces, major appliances or electrical systems, number of days without water, gas or electricity, number of days displaced by the storm or injuries from the storm.

The state uses these reports to document the overall impact and may help support the case for future assistance.

"Reporting damage as soon as possible will greatly assist our ability to request additional federal assistance for the state as we recover from this historic storm,” said ODEMHS Director Mark Gower.

You can find the online damage assessment survey here.
