Police Searching For Man Accused Of Shooting Teen Due To Snowball

Tulsa Police are searching for the man they said shot a teenager in the foot because of a snowball.

Police said the victim was raising money for a basketball team on Friday, when another teenager threw a snowball at a car. The victim said a man opened his car door and fired shots, hitting him in the foot.

Police said the suspect was driving an orange Dodge Charger with tinted windows.
