Will Rogers Turnpike Truck Fire

According to Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the driver had fallen asleep at the wheel before hitting the guardrails and rupturing the fuel tank of the truck leading to the large fire. The truck's driver was uninjured in the accident.

Troopers said that a wrecker was brought in to help clear the scene, but troopers said that the trailer of the truck must first be emptied before crews can tow it away.

Emergency officials have blocked the outside westbound lane near mile marker 246 while they work to remove debris.
