Cherokee Nation Gave Emergency Food, Essential Supplies To Texans

The Cherokee Nation helped provide emergency food, water and other supplies this week to people in Texas impacted by the water shortages and power outages from the winter storm.

The supplies were coordinated with Cherokee community groups in Fort Worth and Houston.

The Cherokee Nation said it has more than two dozen Cherokee satellite groups across the country.
