Bear Biologist For A Day

Country music star Blake Shelton got to hold a wild bear cub while in eastern Oklahoma with bear researchers who are studying black bears in the state.

The Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation in partnership with the Oklahoma State Division of Agriculture Sciences and Natural Resources have been tracking the growing bear population in Oklahoma for 20 years.

The ODWC is raffling off a rare opportunity to be "Bear Biologist For A Day" through its new Outdoor Oklahoma Adventures raffle program.

All money raised will go directly to the wildlife department's conservation efforts.
