Murder Charges Filed Against Man Accused Of Driving Into Arkansas River During Pursuit

Tulsa County prosecutors filed felony murder charges against a man accused of driving into the Arkansas River during a police chase Monday.

Jose Lara-Garcia is also charged with endangering others while eluding police and DUI.

One of the passengers died after the crash and a second is in critical condition.
