All Broken Arrow Public Schools will transition to distance learning on Thursday to allow for staff to receive COVID-19 vaccines.

Every grade of Broken Arrow Students are back to distance learning, but only for the day as teachers and staff take the time to get their second dose of the COVID-19 vaccination.

On Friday, all students and staff have the full day off for Good Friday, which was always scheduled into the calendar as a day off for everyone.

On Monday, things change a bit from the original school calendar. Students were supposed to have a distance learning day, but now that has been canceled and instead, all students and staff will report to classes in person.

According to the district, anyone with questions can check the Facebook page or contact the school for specific information.

Currently, these mentioned days are the last distance learning sessions and days off until the end of the school year, which is only a little over seven weeks away.
