Community Holds Archery Event To Honor Fallen Washington Co. Deputy

The Washington County community is coming together to honor Davis by doing one of his favorite things, archery.

Friends of the Washington County Deputy say Saturday is a celebration of the life of Corporal Kyle Davis who loved bowhunting. That's where the idea for the memorial shoot came into play. There will be barbeque, bouncy houses, and a raffle for bows.

The shoot will run until 1 p.m. with 15 3D targets and a long-range bonus target at the Bartlesville Archery Club. The event is free but there will be opportunities to donate.
