ITEP Federal Tax Report

A new report shows dozens of u-s companies paid zero dollars in federal taxes last year.

According to the Institute on Taxation and Economic Policy, the companies had a combined pre-tax income of more than $40 billion, but used tax breaks and loopholes to slash their tax bill.

Altogether, 55 companies were named in the report.

Oklahoma Health Care Professionals Host COVID-19 Update

On Tuesday, Oklahoma's health care professionals will host a virtual update on COVID-19 in the state.

The Healthier Oklahoma Coalition plans to speak to the public about vaccines, the impact of the virus has had on eye health and how the pandemic has affected the medical community.

That meeting starts at 12:30 p.m. in Tuesday.
