OHP Troopers Identify Driver Involved In Fatal Crash Near Bristow

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has identified the driver involved in a deadly crash near Bristow that took place on Monday night. According to troopers, 56-year-old Sheilla Forester from Denton, Texas, was traveling westbound on West 241st Street South when she left the roadway to the right and struck a fence causing her vehicle to go airborne before striking a tree and coming to rest in a creek bed.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has identified the driver involved in a deadly crash near Bristow that took place on Monday night.

According to troopers, 56-year-old Sheilla Forester from Denton, Texas, was traveling westbound on West 241st Street South when she left the roadway to the right and struck a fence causing her vehicle to go airborne before striking a tree and coming to rest in a creek bed.

Troopers said that Forester was pinned by her vehicle for an unknown amount of time and was pronounced deceased at the scene by Creek County EMS.

According to troopers, it is unclear exactly what time the crash occurred.

There is currently no word on what led to the accident.
