Wednesday afternoon, Oklahoma state representatives took an unplanned recess as protestors gathered inside the chamber.
The group was protesting several bills, including the newly signed law about drivers fleeing a riot.

They also objected to the bill that would ban transgender girls from taking part in women’s sports.

Once the protestors were cleared out, the session continued. Everything remained peaceful and no arrests were made.
