TULSA, Oklahoma -
Tulsa Police arrested a suspect after investigators worked the case for four months.
Officers said Kent Payne shot and killed 30-year-old Donza Settles outside the Town Square Apartments near Apache and Peoria in January.

Payne is in jail for first-degree murder and several other charges.
