TPD: Man Shot In Stomach After Confrontation

Tulsa police said it is investigating a shooting near 61st Street and Yale.

Authorities said an officer was investigating an unrelated armed robbery nearby when they heard gunshots and a car crash.

Investigators said two vehicles had an unknown disagreement and then shots were fired.

The driver of the vehicle that crashed was shot in the stomach. Their condition is not known at this time.

Two passengers in the vehicle have minor injuries from the crash.

TPD said it doesn't have a description of a suspect.
