Osage Casinos Raising Minimum Hourly Wage, Offering Sign-On Bonus

Osage Casinos is raising its minimum wage for hourly employees.

Hourly employees will now see a minimum wage of $12 an hour; the Osage Casinos is also offering a sign-on bonus for some positions as well.

Officials said the sign-on bonus for select positions is $1,000.

“In a year that certainly had its challenges, we are grateful for the continued success of our casinos. We pride ourselves on being good stewards, and with that comes the opportunity to increase the minimum wage to employees in select positions,” said Byron Bighorse, CEO. “We are ecstatic about this new development and excited to see how it can help enhance our workforce.”

And roughly 700 employees will see a pay increase, officials said in a press release.
