In newly unsealed court documents two attorneys detail the sexual misconduct they claim they suffered at the hands of a now former Oklahoma County district judge.

Timothy Henderson resigned in March, and in April OSBI started investigating the allegations.

According to two of the three women who have come forward, Henderson was a mentor figure who later began to grope and kiss the new attorneys.

After serving as an Oklahoma County district judge since 2012, as well as the judge over the state's multi-county grand jury, a string of sexual misconduct allegations, forced Judge Timothy Henderson off the bench.

“I think it's the worst kept secret in the Oklahoma county courthouse, attorney Irvin Box said.

The judge who once presided over several high-profile criminal cases, including convicted serial rapist and former Oklahoma City Police Officer Daniel Holtzclaw, is now accused of sexually battering three attorneys.

In documents one of his accusers told OSBI investigators she started working in Henderson's courtroom back in 2015.

She said initially "he was like a mentor to her; he was well liked and respected."

Then in 2016 she said things changed.

“There were some rumors that these were going on for like two to three years ago,” said Box.

According to court filings, she said Henderson began touching her "over and under her clothes." And that "he would sometimes strip down to his white brief style underwear."

Another attorney shared a similar account with investigators.

Documents show both women claim Henderson eventually penetrated them with his fingers, and that he communicated with them almost exclusively by email.

Also, according to investigators, his accusers said they were left "shaken, terrified," and "felt their career would be ruined."

According to documents some of the alleged incidents took place both in and out of the courthouse.

OSBI agents are looking through Henderson's emails ranging from 2015 to 2021.
