Tyson and the USDA say the frozen, fully cooked chicken was shipped nationwide to stores and to institutions like hospitals, nursing facilities, restaurants, and schools.
The USDA says the items under recall have the "establishment number": estp7089 on the product's bag or inside the USDA mark of inspection.
Several hospitalizations have been linked to this listeria outbreak.
