Pridgeon is charged with six counts of first-degree murder and shooting with intent to kill. District Attorney Orville Loge has called this the biggest murder case in Muskogee history and on his career. However, the media was not allowed into the courtroom. According to judge, Bret Smith, the hearing is closed because the testimony is being used for another hearing involving the mother, Brittany Anderson, and DHS.
