A Glenpool landscaping business is out about $15,000 dollars after its equipment trailer was stolen.
The owner says he did get the trailer back, but all of the tools are still missing.
Outdoor Impressions Owner Jeremiah Holly says he's been buying all of the tools he needs over a five-year period, and now he must start over completely.
"It was thousands and thousands of dollars in tools, stuff we've spent five years accumulating since we started our business and it's just gone," he said.
Holly says the trailer was found in Okmulgee County, but when they opened it up, it was empty.
"All of our drills, and saws and everything you would use to build landscape beds or put in irrigations systems, even the tools we use under driveways to put pipe under, all of it is gone," he said.
Holly says without the tools, he's having a hard time keeping up with business.
He says he's trying to stay on schedule, and not get behind on work.
He had to buy new equipment to keep working but still doesn't have everything he needs.
"It's going to be hard to go out and replace all of that all at once, that's a really large expense to just come up with."
Holly says he's put a lot of time and hard work into his business, and it's discouraging someone would do this.
He says this is his livelihood.
"I've worked 14 hours a day, seven days a week for five years nonstop, this is what I do, this is how we pay our bills," he said.
He says he does have the serial number of each tool and is trying to find them. If you have any information, call Outdoor Impressions at 918-519-2738.
