How do you like your chicken? Smoked? Grilled? Fried or Baked?
AC Marshall from Marshall's family catering stopped by to show us how to take your chicken up a notch. So check out this recipe for Southwest Chicken.
1. Prepare chicken how you like (smoked/grilled, sauté, pan fry, deep fry or bake)
2. Julian peppers and onions
3. Sauté peppers and onions in butter or oil of choice. Season with salt and pepper. When peppers are soft turn burner off and mix in 1 tablespoon brown sugar.
4. Pour mixture over the chicken and top with the shredded cheese.
*allow the cheese to melt or place in the oven for 1-2 minutes to melt the cheese.
