Tulsa Firefighters Battle Early Morning House Fire

Tulsa firefighters battled a house fire near East 28th Street North and M.L.K. Jr. Boulevard on Tuesday morning.

Authorities say that a woman was alone in the house when the fire started and that she escaped out the back door since the front of the house was compromised.

The woman suffered a minor cut on her arm from breaking out a window.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

No other injuries have been reported.
