Tulsa police are investigating after they say someone driving a stolen car crashed through a business near 41st and Sheridan.

Police say they are unclear on how much was stolen or who the suspects are.

Officers say at around 5:16 a.m. on Wednesday morning they got a call about a potential burglary here at Twister wireless, which is a cell phone store.

Police also say someone rammed a car into the glass and started stealing stuff before running away.

Officers say the car is reported stolen.

Bobby Patel, the general manager of the store, says the combined damage and items stolen is going to be hard to recover from.

He also says this isn’t someone’s first attempt at stealing from his store.

"That’s the sad part," Patel said. "It’s the second morning I’ve had to run to the store at 4 o clock in the morning. I work hard here. Seven days a week. Open to close. Last few days I’m working here from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m."

Patel says the damage and stolen items are going to cost him $45,000 to $50,000.
