A Tulsa man has been charged in Washington County with 11 counts of burglary after investigators say he broke into several storage units in Bartlesville.

Bartlesville Police say Alex Curtis cut a hole in the roof of one unit, then cut holes in the walls to 12 more units.

They say Curtis left a used cigarette in one unit with DNA on it, which is what got him identified.

Records show he's been convicted of two dozen previous crimes in Tulsa County involving burglary, meth, stolen vehicles and escape. He was just sentenced to six years in prison, two years ago.
