Five People Accused Of Robbing A Man Who Was Selling His Phone On Craig's List

Five people are in jail accused of robbing a man who was selling his phone on Craig's List. They tied the man up and stole his SUV.

Police said Cody Griffin and Annastasia Hildbrand met the victim on January 28.

Officers said the two robbed him, bound and gagged him, then stuffed him in a closet for hours.

Police said they also took the victim's debit card and pin.

Officers found the stolen SUV on January 31 and said Fernando Medina-Moreno was behind the wheel.

He told police that the other two were the ones who stole the car.

Later that day, officers also arrested two more people in a stolen car after a chase.

They were Nathan Lewis and Dakota Kelley.
