Police Identify Man Killed In Shooting At Tulsa Apartment Complex

Tulsa police have identified a person killed in an early morning shooting on Thursday.

Police say 21-year-old Christian Holdman was shot and killed after breaking into the apartment of his former girlfriend.

Police have not yet released the names of the other individuals involved.

Tulsa police are investigating a homicide near 11th and Yale on Thursday morning.

Police say a man is was killed after breaking into his ex-girlfriend's apartment at around 2 a.m.

Investigators say a man kicked in the door of his ex-girlfriend's apartment while people were asleep inside. Police say that was when the woman's current boyfriend shot and killed the man who broke in.

According to investigators, the woman had recently filed a protective order against the man and police have been sent for previous domestic calls in the past.

Police say the shooter ran off before officers arrived on scene. Police eventually found and and say he was questioned and released pending further investigation.
