Sapulpa Fire Crews are putting out hot spots after a shed fire threatened surrounding homes Sunday afternoon.
Firefighters said that everyone is safe and most of the damage was confined to just one building.
Batallion Chief Brad Shields said it took about 30 minutes to fight off the fire that started in a storage shed, but they'll be digging for several more hours to put out all the hotspots.
Authorities said the fire threatened two homes on either side of the shed and that a bit of brush on the backside caught fire, but that was extinguished quickly.
Sapulpa Police were ready to assist if things got out of control.
Shields said water supply was an issue, so Kellyville Fire came and assisted in controlling the flames.
Shields also said that nobody was injured but the side of the shed owner's house has quite a bit of damage while the other houses are unscathed.
Authorities said the owner had many things in the shed that were flammable.
Authorities don't know what caused the fire at this time.
