Innovative Teacher: Emily McKinney

News on 6 is teaming up with Every Kid Counts Oklahoma to recognize innovative teachers in Green Country.

This week we're recognizing Emily McKinney, a 3rd grade teacher at Lincoln Elementary. Emily uses a lot of songs and music to teach kids about math.

She also loves taking her students on field trips.
