Broken Arrow Man Pleads Guilty To Sexual Exploitation Of Child

A Broken Arrow man pleaded guilty in federal court to sexual exploitation of a child. Police arrested Jason Bycroft in 2021 after finding video of him exposing a six-year-old girl to a camera in 2015.

Bycroft is charged with lewd molestation in Wagoner county involving the same case and also has a rape charge from 2016 in Wagoner County, police said. Prosecutors say Bycroft's wife, Heather recorded the video.

Heather Bycroft was a first grade teacher in Bixby when she was charged, but lost her job and teaching license after her arrest, according to police. She is set to go to trial in federal court on Thursday.
