A 13-year-old from Florida ran a mile on Monday carrying a blue line flag to honor Osage County Cpt. William "Willy" Hargraves.
"I'll be running with the blue line flag in his honor. I'll be doing seven laps around the track by my school which is the equivalent of one mile in his honor. I'll be joined tonight by many first responders, supporters and my whole family joining us in this mile," said Zechariah Cartledge.
