American Legion Post 308 Hosts Honor Our Heroes Car And Bike Show

Local military members and first responders were honored Sunday at a car and bike show.

American Legion Post 308 hosted the "Honor Our Heroes" benefit.

It showed all kinds of cars, trucks and bikes and awarded the best vehicles in four categories.

There were also silent auctions, raffles, food trucks and live entertainment.

First responders and active military ate for free.

"We care about the community and the military and all these veterans, it's our way of honoring them on the special day."

Organizers say they started planning the event about 8 months ago and are happy that it grew from last year.
