Tulsa Students Explore Future Options With TPS College, Career Fair

Tulsa Public Schools hosted the 10th Beyond High School College and Career Fair for Juniors and Seniors on Monday.

TPS officials said it's important to give students a chance to explore college options and trade schools to see which might be a better fit.

"One of the things that we like to stress to our students every year is that it's never too early to start planning for your future. And so there are things they can do while they're in high school to start setting them up for success on their path," said Krystal Hutchinson with TPS.

Students were able to learn information from local organizations like AAON, Campus Tulsa, City of Tulsa, City Year, Hillcrest, KKT Architects, Mill Creek Lumber, NextUp, ONE Gas, Osage Casinos, Public Service Company, SSA Group, Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office, Tulsa Fire Department, Tulsa Home Builders Association, Tulsa Higher Ed Consortium, Tulsa Port of Catoosa, and WRA Architects.
